Terms & Conditions
Commercial terms and conditions for VOVOHO B2B inquiries, quotations, samples, OEM/ODM projects, and wholesale cooperation.
Quotation and acceptance
All quotations are subject to product configuration, MOQ, packaging, customization, currency, shipping method, and final confirmation. A quotation does not become an accepted order until both sides confirm the commercial terms in writing.
Samples and approvals
Samples may be provided for evaluation before bulk production. Buyers are responsible for reviewing product function, material, color, logo, packaging, manuals, labels, and other approved details before confirming mass production.
Customization responsibility
For private label and OEM/ODM projects, buyers should provide accurate artwork, trademarks, packaging text, compliance marks, and market requirements. VOVOHO may assist with production review but does not replace the buyer's legal or compliance responsibility in the destination market.
